This information is required for legal guest registration purposes and to ensure your accommodation can fulfill local regulatory obligations.
With your consent, Qreadible may collect additional optional data such as platform usage patterns, personal preferences, or allergens that you voluntarily provide while using the platform, in order to enhance your experience.
Your data will be stored securely and will only be accessible to authorized personnel of the accommodation provider you have registered in and, where required, submitted to relevant authorities in accordance with local laws.
Your contact information and other personal data may be used by authorized personnel of the accommodation provider for statistical purposes. Marketing communications, such as offers and news, will only be sent if you have given explicit consent by ticking the optional notifications checkbox when providing your email address. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting the accommodation provider or Qreadible using the details in the Contact section.

Usage Data
When you allow Analytics cookies, Qreadible records which parts of the guest app you open during each session, such as hotel services, menu categories, items, information pages, offers, stores, promotions, marketplace items and the search terms you enter. This is the same data described in section 4 (In-App Usage Analytics) of our Cookie Policy. If you reject analytics cookies, this data is not collected.
Qreadible may use this data to analyse and improve the platform and the services offered by accommodation providers.
Qreadible may also combine this data with data from other guests to create aggregated, anonymized statistics, and may share, license or sell these statistics to third parties. Anonymized statistics do not contain your name, email address, contact details or any other information that could be used to identify you. Qreadible does not sell personal data that identifies you.

Jurisdiction
